THE SOOTHING LINDEN
Italian linden honey is a fairly light colored honey. It tends to crystallize after a long time, sometimes in a rough and irregular way.
It has a light amber color with yellow and green reflections; when crystallized it takes on a beige color. Just like its smell, it has a balsamic and refreshing, rather persistent flavor.
It has beneficial properties for our health by acting as a diuretic, calming and digestive.
Available in the classic 500gr glass jar.

Our Tips
Excellent for sweetening cooked fruit (perhaps with a little sage), linden honey goes very well with fresh fruit salads and well-aged cheeses, such as Parmigiano Reggiano. It can accompany fish dishes and is ideal for sweetening tea and infusions
