The general conditions of sale, set out below, indicate, in compliance with the regulations in force for consumer protection, the conditions and methods for proceeding with the online purchase on the costadeicampi.com site of the products of your interest in a safe, easy and cheap. These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by Costa dei Campi through the website costadeicampi.com to consumer users and users who act for purposes related to the business activity.

These general conditions are effective from the date of acceptance of the same by the customer on the site, which is valid for all purposes as acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the civil code.

The company reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by posting them on the site.

Any contractual or extra-contractual liability of the company for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.

Methods of Purchase

The purchase of products takes place through access to the site. For each of the products, a description is available on the site containing the main characteristics of the same. All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material.

It is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Costa dei Campi by means of an automatic reply via e-mail.

In the event of failure to stock one or more products in an already confirmed order, Costa dei Campi will contact the customer in good time to agree on the replacement of the missing products, or any changes to the order by prior agreement.

Terms of payment

All prices on the site are to be understood as retail prices and, therefore, inclusive of VAT.

Prices may vary without notice and the only correct price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.

On certain products, subject to price promotions, Costa dei Campi reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, subject to communication and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order will be considered canceled.

In the case of purchase of goods with "Paypal" and "Stripe" payment methods, at the same time as the online transaction is concluded, the reference bank will authorize only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made.

In the case of purchase of goods with "Bank Transfer" payment method, the purpose of the transfer must include the order number and the details of the same. costadeicampi.com, reserves the right to cancel the order in case of non-receipt of the transfer. In the event that the amount of the transfer does not correspond to the amount of the order, Costa dei Campi will contact the buyer to agree on how to proceed with the order fulfillment.

The dispatch of the goods takes place only after receipt of the credit.

In case of cancellation of the order, both by the customer and in case of rejection of the same by costadeicampi.com , the cancellation of the same and the release of the committed amount will be carried out (the release times depend exclusively on the banking system). Once the transaction has been canceled, Costa dei Campi cannot be held responsible for any damages deriving from the release of the amount committed by the banking system.

Applicable law

The sales contract between the customer and Costa dei Campi is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Unless otherwise stated, the Italian law on the matter applies.

For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the customer is a consumer, that is a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order a reference of VAT number, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Forum of Imperia.

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree 205/2006. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.

To exercise the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 205/2006) you must send the products to be returned to Via Nazionale SS28, 26, Chiusanico (IM), 18027, Italy. within the FOURTEENTH (14) working day from receipt of the goods.

Returns will not be accepted due to defects or breakages not directly attributable to Costa dei Campi. The product must not have been used, opened, manipulated in its content, nor in any way its functioning has been altered. If you communicate incorrect or incomplete information on the data necessary for the refund (within 30 days of receipt of the goods), Costa dei Campi will be unable to carry out the operation within the established times and no responsibility can be attributed to the supplier for late payment. The refund will be made on the same instrument used for the purchase: credit card, Paypal etc .. Costa dei Campi also undertakes to respect the times and procedures so that the customer can remain satisfied with the services to which he is entitled. The costs of the first shipment will never be reimbursed : the transport service, independent from the seller, is, in fact, regularly carried out and invoiced by the third party (express courier).

ATTENTION : As already specified, the shipping fees will never be refunded (any vouchers, in fact, are calculated on the cost of the goods). Furthermore: if the return cancels the achievement of a minimum amount of expense to obtain a voucher already used, the same will be reapplied on the goods.

ATTENTION It is not possible to make returns for products in promotions or discounts.
